Order Processing Time
All orders are processed after payment confirmation. Because many of our products are custom-made, production typically takes 2–5 business days depending on the size and complexity of the order.
Large or bulk orders may require additional processing time. If your order requires extra time, our team will contact you with an update.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been produced and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. 101 Graphix is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
